Myna Pet Smart cares about the satisfaction of each customer with each purchase. Since most of the products we sell are pet products, for hygiene purposes, we are unable to process the returns of any opened products. If you have any questions about the product or have any questions, please contact us via email, our customer service team will be happy to help you set up a return! Please also check the warranty information contained in your product manual or our terms of service for more information on how to return an item to us. Shipping charges will be exempted for returns due to defects, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received.
